Rain or Shine. Event will not get cancelled unless it is dangerous and the City shuts down the park. Vendor is required to offer 5 free dessert Vouchers to Staff/Volunteers. LOAD In Between 10:30-11am. Serve anytime after 11:30am. May close window anytime AFTER 5pm and leave anytime between 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Vendor must provide 8 chairs & 2 tables and trash can for guests' usage. Additional LOAD IN directions/instructions will be emailed 1 week prior to event date. Failure to adhere to these aforementioned requirements will deem vendor ineligible for future participation in this event. In case of severe weather condition, FTR will refund vendor $40.
