<br><b>**NOTE - You will have to leave directly from this event to go to the Day of giving event in longmont so pack the truck for both.&nbsp; You won't have time to come back!**</b><br>Friday - 13123 E. 16th Place, Aurora <br>Serving from 11am - 2:15pm. <br>May Not depart before 2:30pm. <br>Requirements: <br>•PROVIDE 2-3 outdoor tables and 6-8 chairs for guests dining comfort, either nearby your truck or in the grassy area.<br>•SET OUT your trash can and help Clean up all areas within 25 feet of your truck's parking space prior to departure.<br>•RESPOND to Vu's text in the AM on the event date with your ETA<br>•TEXT your TOTAL Number of Transactions or Covers prior to departure.<br><br>LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS Below...<br>CHILDREN's HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION WEEK<br>Date: Friday - 5/10/19 <br>Serving Time: 10:45am-2:15pm - Please Be Ready to Serve by 10:45am<br>Set Up Time: 9:30am - 10am <br>Address: 13123 East 16th PLACE, Aurora<br>Location: Near Front Lawn (South side of Children's Hospital bldg)<br>Departure Time: You may close anytime after 2:15pm &amp; Leave Anytime AFTER 2:30pm - Vendors May NOT LEAVE BEFORE 2:30pm for the safety of the guests and visitors. <br>Who's Paying? Open to General Public - 1200-1500 visitors, mostly Children's Hospital Staff, will pay for own purchases. Each Truck should be prepared for an average of 120-200 transactions, if nice weather day.<br><br>1.Please REVIEW the SITE MAP BEFORE the EVENT DATE for Parking Location -<br>2.Do NOT Arrive BEFORE 9:30am - 16th PLACE must be CONED OFF to drive thru traffic BEFORE trucks are allowed to park<br>3.AVOID Arriving AFTER 10am - for pedestrian safety<br>4.Must text Vu at 303-680-5778 with your ETA if you are planning to be early or late so we can offer proper loading advice - you will not get invited back for future events if you do not communicate your ETA the morning of...<br>5.Must ENTER the Food Truck Parking Area on 16th PLACE from VICTOR St (Northeast of the Parking Structure - Southeast corner of the Children's Hospital). 16th AVE and 16th PLACE are NOT the same street, they are parallel to each other. <br>6.All SAVORY food trucks will be parked in front of hospital - WESTBOUND direction on 16th PLACE (see map numbered 1-9) in order of arrival. DO NOT drive Eastbound, which is the WRONG WAY!!! <br>7.The 2 DESSERT Trucks will drive EASTBOUND on 16th PLACE - from the NorthWEST Corner of the Parking Structure - opposite of the Savory trucks (will park in space marked A &amp; B - see map)<br>8.When ready to depart, Must Notify the Security Guard to Assist you out of the "CONE ZONE" for the public Safety.
